Open Positions (2025-2026)

HR Assistant

Human Resources • 1-4 hours per week

Responsibilities:

  • •Schedule and conduct interviews
  • •Review staff and volunteer applications
  • •Work with Chief of Staff on HR-related issues

Skills Needed:

Outreach Assistant

Outreach • 1-4 hours per week

Responsibilities:

  • •Promote RR content and represent the organization
  • •Email organizations for partnerships
  • •Help RR reach a wider audience

Skills Needed:

  • •Communication skills
  • •Time management

Funding Coordinator

Finance • 1-4 hours per week

Responsibilities:

  • •Help plan fundraisers and coordinate funds
  • •Work with VP of Finance on finance-related issues

Skills Needed:

  • •Experience with finances or fundraisers
  • •Communication skills

Graphic Designer

Marketing • 1-4 hours per week

Responsibilities:

  • •Create promotional material for Radical Risings
  • •Design graphics, social media posts, and logos
  • •Work with VPs of Marketing

Skills Needed:

  • •Graphic design experience (preferably Canva)

Staff Writer/Editor

Editorial • 1-4 hours per week

Responsibilities:

  • •Research and write articles for our Substack blog
  • •Proofread submissions as needed
  • •Work with VP of Editorial

Skills Needed:

  • •Research, writing, and proofreading experience

Who Can Apply?

As a youth-led organization, we give preference to high school students, though undergraduate degree-seeking students are also welcome to apply.

Each applicant is expected to perform their duties effectively. New members will be placed on a temporary probationary period with conditional requirements based on position and department.

Note: Upon selection, each staff member will serve until they resign or are removed from office.
